Cairo – Mubasher: Edita Food Industries has added a new wafer production line at its E08 facility with an investment cost of EGP 106 million and a theoretical capacity of 6,400 tonnes/year.
The new line will help Edita double its wafer production capacity compared with the beginning of 2020, enhancing its presence in the wafer market, according to a stock exchange statement on Sunday.
Moreover, the line will be utilised in producing the company’s newest product in the coated wafer category; Freska Block.
