Riyadh — Mubasher: Edarat Communication and Information Technology Company recently announced the appointment of its board leadership and company representatives following the commencement of its new three-year term, according to a bourse filing.
The board of directors appointed Salam bin Zaki Al Khunaizi as Chairman of the Board during its meeting on 28 September 2026.
Edarat also announced Musaid bin Fahd Al Sudairi as the Vice Chairman.
The board also confirmed the appointment of Sarah bint Abdulaziz Al Muammar as Board Secretary.
Additional board members for the current session include Eric Ernst Badawi, Adel Fouad Rizk, and Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Sabiq.
For regulatory representation, the company designated CEO Eric Ernst Badawi and board member Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Sabiq as its official representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa).
These appointments are effective from 17 September 2026 and will run through the conclusion of the board's cycle ending on 18 September 2029.
The board formation follows the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (EGM) held on 17 September, where the board members were initially elected.
