Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the shareholders of Eastern Province Cement Company fell by 18.55% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 202 million in 2025 from SAR 248 million.
The sales increased by 4.21% to SAR 1.26 billion last year from SAR 1.21 billion, according to the annual financial results.
The earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 2.35 at the end of December 2025, compared to SAR 2.88 in 2024.
Cash Dividends for H2-25
On 26 March, the board approved SAR 51.60 million in cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2025.
Eastern Province Cement will pay out SAR 0.60 per share, equivalent to 6% of the share’s nominal value, to 86 million eligible shares.
The eligibility and payment dates for H2-25 dividends will be 5 and 23 April 2026, respectively.
At the end of September 2025, the company’s net profits hit SAR 161 million, an annual drop of 12.97% from SAR 185 million.
