Kuwait-Mubasher: Trade exchanges between the European Union and Kuwait reported an up-and-down trend in the first six months of 2015.
Figures showed that EU imports from Kuwait in June amounted to EUR 359.169 million, and EU exports to Kuwait were worth EUR 530.059 million, according to data quoted by Kuwait News Agency from the EU's statistical office, Eurostat.
EU imports from Kuwait decreased to EUR 163.201 million in May, compared to EUR 441.471 million in April. Meanwhile, EU exports to Kuwait were up to EUR 515.951 million from EUR 490.724 million.
In March, EU imports from Kuwait retreated to EUR 327.053 million as compared to EUR 423.064 million a month earlier. However, EU exports to Kuwait jumped to EUR 725.620 from EUR 425.432 million,
The data compiled by Kuwait News Agency on Wednesday also showed that EU imports from Kuwait in January amounted to EUR 296.685 million, and EU exports to Kuwait were worth EUR 360.320 million.
