Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties has said it received competing bids for an infrastructure works contract at Dubai Creek Tower, Al Bayan newspaper reported on Thursday.
The list included offers from Wade Adams Contracting LLC and Al Naboodah Construction, in addition to a coalition of other companies.
Emaar had previously announced in February 2016 the establishment of Dubai Creek Tower which will surpass the height of Burj Khalifa with an approximate cost of AED 3.67 million.
The tower will be linked directly to the island district within the Dubai Creek Harbour project, which will be surrounded by a 4.5-km creek boardwalk including retail outlets, restaurants, and entertainment units.
