Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark EGX30 index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) grew at Monday’s open by 0.44% to the level of 12,599.73 points.
By 10:30am Cairo time, the EGX100 and EGX50 indices also rose by 0.07% and 0.11% respectively, while the EGX70 index stood at 587.65 points.
Trading volume reached 55.4 million shares exchanged at EGP 840 million through 2,400 transactions.
Juhayna, Global Telecom, AMOC, Citadel and Arabian Cement rose between 5.63% and 1.81%.
Commercial International Bank – Egypt ascended 1.5% to EGP 76.
On the other hand, Telecom Egypt fell 7.54% and Credit Agricole declined 2.97%.
