Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange indices extended their bull run till Monday’s mid-session.
The main index, or EGX30, rose by 0.36% to 6,861.66 points, the equal-weighted index EGX50 added 0.87% to 1,165.86 points, the small and mid-cap index EGX70 advanced by 0.87% to 371.63 points and the broader index EGX100 gained 0.45% to 780.67 points.
A total of 137 million shares were exchanged in 10,200 transactions at turnover reaching EGP 234 million.
Extracted Oils, Unipack, NUDAP, GB Auto and Ajwa were in green, while EDBE, Sabaa, East Delta Flour Mills, Egypt Gas and ADIB –Egypt was in red.
National traders were net buyers by EGP 24,000, while Arab and foreign traders were net sellers by EGP 11 million and EGP 13 million in a row.
