Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Monday’s trading session on a collective rise, with the EGX30 main index inching up by 0.99% to 1,0148.4 points.
The EGX50 EWI rose by 1.19% to 1,928.54 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI indices went up by 0.44% to 2,196.25 points and by 0.69% to 3,147.33 points, respectively.
The turnover reached EGP 1.33 billion after 537.58 million shares were exchanged, while the market cap value stood at EGP 703.49 billion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 310.70 million. Meanwhile, the Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 12.68 million and EGP 298.01 million, respectively.
