Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Thursday’s trading session in the green zone after the EGX30 main index rose by 0.54% to 28,434.37 points.
Both the EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI ended the session higher by 4.79% at 6,630.12 points and by 4.20% at 9,362.72 points, respectively.
EGX’s turnover stood at EGP 5.16 billion through the exchange of 1.10 billion shares, while the market cap value hit EGP 2.01 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Arab investors were net sellers with EGP 28.86 million. Meanwhile, the Egyptian and foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 23.99 million and EGP 4.87 million, respectively.
