Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) rose on Sunday, with the EGX30 main index ending the session higher by 1.61% at 20,324.96 points.
Similarly, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as the EGX100 EWI rose by 1.22% to 3,751.74 points and by 1.68% to 5,645.02 points, respectively.
The turnover reached EGP 2.55 billion after 532.69 million shares were traded, while the market cap value hit EGP 1.38 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 24.29 million, while both the foreign and Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 16.42 million and EGP 7.87 million in respective order.
