Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX30 main index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Wednesday’s trading session down by 0.07% at 10,156.34 points.
Meanwhile, the EGX50 EWI was the only rising index with 0.09% to close at 1,940.95 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI fell by 0.37% to 2,206.70 points and by 0.36% to 3,154.22 points, respectively.
The turnover amounted to EGP 1.28 billion after 503.29 million shares were exchanged, while the market cap value totalled EGP 706.46 billion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and Arab investors were net buyers with EGP 132.74 million and EGP 23.44 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 156.18 million.
