Cairo – Mubasher: The indexes of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Tuesday’s trading session on a positive note, with the EGX30 main index growing by 0.10% to 10,132.15 points.
The EGX50 EWI also increased by 0.26% to 1,921.57 points.
Additionally, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI and the EGX100 EWI indices ended the session higher by 0.32% and 0.34%, respectively, reaching the levels of 2,216.58 points and 3,174.36 points, respectively.
EGX’s trading value stood at EGP 1.73 billion after 880.23 million shares were exchanged. The market cap value amounted to EGP 690.05 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian and Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 255.28 million and EGP 14.40 million, respectively. Meanwhile, foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 269.69 million.
