Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX30 main index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Thursday’s trading session up by 1.15% to 10,273.53 points.
Meanwhile, the EGX50 EWI grew by 0.65% to 1,953.54 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI increased by 0.75% to 2,223.35 points and by 0.84% to 3,180.58 points, respectively.
The turnover amounted to EGP 1.18 billion after 562.74 million shares were exchanged, while the market cap value totalled EGP 710.81 billion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and Arab investors were net buyers with EGP 61.03 million and EGP 197.41 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 258.45 million.
