Cairo – Mubasher: The indexes of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Sunday’s trading session with a positive performance with the EGX30 main index adding 0.33% to 16,118.85 points.
The EGX50 EWI also gained 0.95% to 2,857.77 points.
Furthermore, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI indices ended the session higher by 0.54% to 3,014.11 points and by 0.67% to 4,489.79 points, respectively.
The turnover amounted to EGP 2.14 billion after 708.28 million shares were exchanged during the session. The market cap value reached EGP 1.05 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 5.62 million and EGP 66.49 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab investors were net buyers with EGP 72.12 million.
