Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) main index (EGX30) ended Monday’s session down by 0.07% at 11,700 points.
The EGX100 EWI inched down by 0.02% to 3,150 points, while the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI fell by 0.15% to 2,134 points.
On the other hand, the EGX50 EWI gained 0.4% to 2,033 points.
The turnover reached EGP 1.22 billion after trading 309.31 million shares on stocks, compared to EGP 1.19 billion and 313.64 million shares in the previous session.
The market cap value decreased to EGP 734.95 billion from EGP 736.22 billion on Sunday.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian and Arab investors were net buyers with EGP 70.35 million and EGP 29.32 million, respectively, while foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 99.68 million.
