Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) kicked off Thursday session on positive note as the benchmark index EGX30 added 1.18% or 145.6 points to 12,542.56 points by 10:21 A.M.
The small and medium caps index EGX70 gained 0.34% to 463.77 points, while the broader index EGX100 added 0.73% to 1,105.28 points.
The equal weighted index EGX50 rose 1.29% to 1,969 points.
Thursday early trading witnessed 65.5 million shares changed hands worth EGP 293.5 million.
