Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange's (EGX) benchmark EGX30 index inched down 0.09% or 12.30 points to the level of 12,596.92 points early Sunday.
By 10:32 am Cairo time, the EGX70 rose 1.31% to 709.93 points, while the EGX100 edged up 0.86% to 1,609.12 points.
The EGX50 went up 0.14% to the level of 2,111 points.
Trading volume reached 43.4 million shares exchanged at EGP 42.8 million through 1,700 transactions.
Egyptian investors were net sellers by EGP 2.8 million, while foreign and Arab investors were net buyers by EGP 659,900 and EGP 2.3 million, respectively.
Heliopolis Housing, Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC), and Citadel Capital dropped 1.66%, 1.05%, and 0.95%, respectively.
On the other hand, Amer Group, Elsewedy Electric, and Palm Hills Development levelled up 3.13%, 2.56%, and 1.27%, respectively.
Commercial International Bank – Egypt's (CIB) stock shed 0.21% to EGP 85.05, with a turnover of EGP 1.5 million.
