Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Wednesday’s trading session with a varied performance after the EGX30 main index rose by 0.95% to 19,224.52 points.
On the other hand, the EGX70 EWI and the EGX100 EWI closed the session lower by 0.97% at 3,807.15 points and by 0.61% at 5,585.70 points, respectively.
EGX’s turnover stood at EGP 2.28 billion through the exchange of 892.96 million shares, while the market cap value hit EGP 1.29 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 235.27 million. Meanwhile, the Arab and foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 159.51 million and EGP 75.76 million, respectively.
