Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Tuesday’s trading session with a varied performance after the EGX30 main index declined by 0.34% to 16,998.35 points.
On the other hand, the EGX50 EWI went up by 0.36% to 2,916.90 points.
Both the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI closed the session higher by 1.89% at 2,955.19 points and by 1.34% at 4,447.88 points, respectively.
The turnover stood at EGP 2.13 billion through the exchange of 675.39 million shares, while the market cap value amounted to EGP 1.08 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 47.78 million and EGP 32.53 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 80.31 million.
