Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Tuesday’s trading session on a mixed note with the benchmark EGX30 index decreasing by 0.91% to 10,626.81 points.
The EGX50 EWI also went up by 0.54% to end Tuesday’s session at 1,801.94 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI rose by 1.89% to close Tuesday at 1,727.81 points, while EGX100 EWI inched up by 1.30% to 2,652.15 points.
The turnover amounted to EGP 1.10 billion after 235.36 million shares had been traded through 28,513 transactions.
The market cap value was valued at EGP 684.37 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian and foreign investors were net buyers with EGP 55.08 million and EGP 7.40 million, respectively, while Arab traders were net sellers with EGP 62.49 million.
