Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Sunday's trading session on a mixed note with the benchmark EGX30 index declining by 0.21% at 9,986 points.
The EGX50 EWI also went up by 0.49% to settle at 1,732.59 points by the end of Sunday's session.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI rose by 1.02% to 1,753.64 points, while EGX100 EWI inched up by 0.79% to end the session at 2,629.4 points.
EGX’s turnover amounted to EGP 3.06 billion after 279.47 million shares had been traded through 21,647 transactions.
The market cap value was valued at EGP 659.91 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 18.11 million, while Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 5.86 million and EGP 12.24 million, respectively.
