Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) showed a negative performance on Wednesday after the EGX30 main index went down by 0.67% to 26,758.26 points.
EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI also closed the session lower by 0.65% at 6,259.24 points and by 0.60% at 8,901.95 points, respectively.
The turnover hit EGP 6.14 billion through the exchange of 1.39 billion shares, while the market cap value stood at EGP 1.87 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 242.04 million. Meanwhile, the Arab and foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 184.17 million and EGP 57.87 million, respectively.
