Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark index (EGX30) of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Wednesday’s session higher by 0.18% at 10,415.73 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI gained 0.63% to 1,872.75 points.
The EGX100 EWI rose by 0.48% to 2,817.96 points, while the EGX50 EWI added 0.24% to close Wednesday at 1,856.11 points.
The turnover stood at EGP 14.43 billion after 274.67 million shares had been traded through 33,624 transactions.
The market cap value reached EGP 680.47 billion.
As for trading on securities, Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 1.51 billion and EGP 4.87 billion, respectively, while the Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 6.39 billion.
