Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX30 benchmark index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Wednesday up by 0.92% at 11,630.63 points.
The EGX100 EWI added 1.16% to close at 3,203.41 points, and the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI gained 1.19% to 2,172.05 points.
Similarly, the EGX50 EWI rose by 1.35% to 2,049.88 points.
The trading value reached EGP 1.08 billion after 325.67 million shares were exchanged. Meanwhile, the market cap value stood at EGP 742.43 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian and Arab investors net buyers with EGP 19.15 million and EGP 45.2 million, respectively, while foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 64.35 million.
