Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX30 benchmark index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Tuesday’s session higher by 0.98% at 11,603.33 points.
The EGX50 EWI went up by 1.35% to 2,024.91 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI rose by 1.56% to 2,151.99 points.
EGX100 EWI added 1.52% to end the session at 3,171.23 points.
EGX’s trading value amounted to EGP 782.40 million after 291.68 million shares were traded.
The market cap value reached EGP 748.20 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 34.65 million, while Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 18.20 million and EGP 16.45 million, respectively.
