Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) showed a positive performance on Thursday after the EGX30 main index rose by 0.32% to 26,842.67 points.
Both the EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI also closed the session higher by 1.21% at 6,334.94 points and by 1.11% at 9,000.96 points, respectively.
EGX’s turnover reached EGP 4.37 billion through the exchange of 1.32 billion shares, while the market cap value stood at EGP 1.88 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 218.89 million. Meanwhile, the Arab and foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 116.72 million and EGP 102.17 million, respectively.
