Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Thursday’s trading session higher, as the EGX30 main index rose by 1.77% to 20,002.10 points.
Similarly, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as the EGX100 EWI increased by 0.49% to 3,706.60 points and by 1.10% to 5,551.88 points, respectively.
The turnover stood at EGP 2.01 billion through the exchange of 489.23 million shares, while the market cap value hit EGP 1.35 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and Arab investors were net sellers with EGP 3.17 million and EGP 5.13 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 8.31 million.
