Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX30 main index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Thursday higher by 1.07% at 11,755.46 points.
The EGX100 EWI rose by 0.91% to 3,203.41 points, and the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI gained 0.88% to 2,191.06 points.
Similarly, the EGX50 EWI rose by 1.33% to 2,077.19 points.
The trading value reached EGP 1.24 billion through the exchange of 370.31 million shares, compared to EGP 1.08 billion and 325.67 million shares in the previous session. Meanwhile, the market cap value stood at EGP 748.39 billion, from EGP 742.43 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian and Arab investors remained net buyers with EGP 10.54 million and EGP 18.89 million, respectively, while foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 29.44 million.
