Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) showed a positive performance on Sunday, with the EGX30 main index up 1.79% to 25,974.84 points.
Both EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI also closed the session higher by 3.10% at 6,140.08 points and by 2.78% at 8,714.99 points, respectively.
EGX’s turnover reached EGP 4.07 billion through the exchange of 1.51 billion shares, while the market cap value stood at EGP 1.81 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 90.91 million. Meanwhile, the foreign and Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 59.06 million and EGP 31.84 million, respectively.
