Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Sunday’s trading session in the green zone after the EGX30 main index went up by 3.47% to 2,8625.76 points.
Both the EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI also ended the session higher by 2.14% at 6,724.72 points and by 2.41% at 9,544.58 points, respectively.
EGX’s turnover amounted to EGP 6.24 billion through the exchange of 1.25 billion shares, while the market cap value hit EGP 2.04 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 30.03 million and EGP 5.64 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 35.68 million.
