Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Sunday’s trading session on a mixed note with the benchmark EGX30 index declining by 0.83% at 10,462.74 points.
The EGX50 EWI went down by 0.62% to settle at 1,820.78 points by the end of Sunday’s session.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI rose by 0.49% to 1,841.7 points, while EGX100 EWI inched down by 0.11% to end the session at 2,771.78 points.
EGX’s turnover amounted to EGP 1.01 billion after 308.17 million shares had been traded through 24,777 transactions.
The market cap value was valued at EGP 687.52 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 127.66 million, while Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 13.05 million and EGP 114.60 million, respectively.
