Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) showed a positive performance on Monday, with the EGX30 main index up 1.70% to 24,226.68 points.
Both the EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI closed the session higher by 0.65% at 5,347.78 points and by 0.68% at 7,691.07 points, respectively.
The turnover stood at EGP 2.71 billion through the exchange of 1.35 billion shares, while the market cap value reached EGP 1.66 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 67.57 million. The Arab and foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 60.38 million and EGP 7.18 million, respectively.
