Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Monday’s session on a mixed note, with the EGX30 main index down by 0.42% to 9,237.70 points.
The EGX50 EWI also fell by 0.27% to 1,693.78 points.
Both the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI closed the session higher by 0.50% to 1,824.17 points and by 0.30% to 2,672.39 points, respectively.
EGX’s trading value reached EGP 842.38 million after 394.45 million shares were exchanged. The market cap value reached EGP 622.30 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian and Arab investors were net buyers with EGP 190.02 million and EGP 34.22 million, respectively, while the foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 224.24 million.
