Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) will be off on Wednesday, 1 January, on the occasion of New Year 2020.
Trading will be resumed on Thursday, 2 January, the Egyptian bourse said in a statement on Monday.
It is noteworthy that the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced that banks will be closed on 1 January in celebration of the New Year’s holiday.
