Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of the Egyptian Financial and Industrial Company (EFIC) has approved a cash dividend distribution for 2021.
The cash dividend payout stands at EGP 0.10 per share, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2021, the company's consolidated net profits after tax surged to EGP 304.15 million, compared to EGP 127.02 million in 2020.
