UAE - Mubasher: Emirates Development Bank (EDB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zoho Corporation, a global technology company offering cloud business solutions, to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their digital transformation, the Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
Under the partnership, EDB’s SME clients will have access to cost-competitive solutions for digital transformation, including Zoho One, an integrated suite of over 45 cloud applications to enable SMEs to manage their businesses.
The cloud applications include an online form builder to simplify data collection, a complete digital signature app for business, an all-in-one social media management software, and an all-in-one eCommerce platform.
The agreement is in line with the bank's strategy to provide SMEs in the UAE with non-financial and financial support to raise their contribution to the non-oil GDP to more than 70% by the end of 2021.
