Cairo – Mubasher: Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBE) has received an additional medium-term loan worth $15 million from Sanad Fund for MSME.
The new funding will be used in financing agricultural micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises as well as micro-funding institutions, the bank said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
It is worth mentioning that in the first nine months of fiscal year 2019/2020, EBE achieved net profits of EGP 978.29 million, compared to EGP 879.9 million in the same period a year earlier.
