UAE - Mubasher: The total number of new business licenses in Dubai has increased by 11% to 3,802 in August, compared to 3,438 in July, according to the latest data by Dubai Business Map (DBM), an app developed by the Department of Economic Development (DED).
The number of new investors in the emirate reached 3,469 in August, up 0.5% when compared to the previous month.
Meanwhile, 2,955 investors have added new licenses to their businesses in different economic sectors in August.
The new licenses are issued in different sectors, including the professional segment with a 14.9% growth, commercial with a 3.5% increase, and industrial with a 17.4% decline.
