UAE - Mubasher: The total value of real estate investments in Dubai has amounted to AED 75 billion from the beginning of 2021 until July, as per the real estate market performance report released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
During the first seven months of 2021, the emirate recorded 46,038 real estate transactions worth AED 163 billion, up 43% in terms of the number of transactions from the year-ago period and 68% in terms of value.
The emirate recorded 17,979 investors in July, accounting for 69% of the total number of real estate investors registered from the beginning of 2021 until July.
