UAE - Mubasher: Sweid & Sweid, a Dubai-based developer, will launch its second project in the US, Double Creek II, located in Austin in Texas.
Upon its completion, the project will comprise 372 one and two-bedroom Class-A apartments distributed across three buildings on a land area spanning over more than 15 acres, according to a press release on Monday.
This announcement came following the delivery of The Haywood, Sweid & Sweid's first development in the US which features 372 residential units and is located adjacent to the Double Creek II site.
The Managing Director of Sweid & Sweid Americ, Tom Arnold, said: "With Austin continuing to grow from an economic and demographic perspective, Double Creek II is well positioned to capitalize on the strength of this market by delivering the right product at the right time."
