Dubai – Mubasher: The prices of food commodities increased by 0.48% during the last week of Ramadan compared with 0.01% a week earlier in Dubai, according to a report by the Dubai Statistics Centre.
During the last week of the blessed month, the prices of bread and grains went up by 0.27%, while the prices of meats kept rising by 0.24%.
On the other hand, fish and seafood prices declined by 0.23% against a rise of 2.66% last week.
Over Ramadan as whole, the prices of food commodities increased by 1.45%.
