Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with the Dubai Creative Clusters Authority (DCCA) to boost collaboration in the emirate’s real estate sector.
Under the first deal, the DLD will partner with the DCCA to make electronic link with the purpose of issuing unified land plots and exchanging real estate data,.
Meanwhile, the second contract entails “the registration of freehold lands or properties by free zone companies,” the DLD said in a statement on Monday.
The DCCA cooperation will help the DLD “provide easy services to our customers through consistent coordination, especially as [the] DCCA has the power to approve general plans, construction site plans, building permits, and commercial licences,” DLD director general Sultan Butti bin Mejren stated.
After signing these agreements, the DCCA will continue its plans to achieve the Dubai Vision, particularly those pertaining to Dubai’s growing real estate market, DCCA director general Abdulla Ahmed Al Habbai concluded.
