Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Airports operator on Wednesday announced that the passengers traffic at Dubai International Airport increased 6% in the first six months of 2017, compared to the year-ago period.
Dubai International Airport’s passengers exceeded 43 million during H1-17.
India led the destinations from Dubai International Airport with 5.9 million passengers, followed by Saudi Arabia with 3.1 million, the UK with 3.06 million, Pakistan with 2.2 million, and the US with 1.56 million in H1-17.
Flights to South America increased by 36.4%, to Eastern Europe by 28.7%, and to Asia levelled up 18.7%.
London topped the cities that travelers flied to by 1.89 million passengers, followed by Mumbai with 1.2 million, Bangkok with 1.03 million, and New Delhi with 1.01 million.
