Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Investments has submitted an offer to acquire all or part of the UAE-based National General Insurance Company’s stakes.
The company seeks to purchase a stake in National General Insurance Company at a price of AED 3.12 per share, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months (9M) of 2021, the company reported a 9% increase in net profits attributable to the owners to AED 455.6 million, compared to AED 418.069 million in the year-ago period.
