UAE – Mubasher: Dubai Customs’ Logistics City Centre has completed and cleared 48,000 goods transactions at a value of AED 1.60 billion during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022.

The Q1-22 record came in line with the centre’s efforts to facilitate the operations process for companies and traders, particularly for the shipments of the International Humanitarian City, according to a press release.

In addition, the centre aims to accelerate the implementation of procedures for e-commerce companies, which saw a substantial hike in demand during the past years.

Senior Manager of Dubai Logistics City Customs Center, Sami Eisa, said: “The centre supports international companies, including humanitarian missions, by accelerating procedures and providing all necessary support, especially for shipments from the International Humanitarian City, which is the largest humanitarian logistics centre in the world.”
