Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib posts over SAR 503m profits in Q1-26; dividends unveiled

Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the owners of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group plunged by 9.64% to SAR 503.29 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, compared to SAR 557.01 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) fell to SAR 1.44 at the end of March 2026 from SAR 1.59 a year earlier, according to the financial results.

Meanwhile, the medical group generated revenues totaling SAR 3.43 billion in Q1-26, up 8.80% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 3.15 billion.

Quarterly, the Q1-26 net profits dropped by 22.70% from SAR 651.16 million in Q4-25, while the revenues declined by 7.17% from SAR 3.70 billion.

Dividends

The board of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib decided to pay SAR 353.50 million for Q1-26, which accounts for 10.10% of the company’s capital.

A dividend of SAR 1.01 per share will be disbursed to 350 million eligible shares.

Eligibility and payment dates for the dividends will be 7 and 21 May 2026, respectively.

The medical group closed 2025 with 3.72% YoY higher profits at SAR 2.40 billion, compared to SAR 2.31 billion.
