Dubai-Mubasher: Dnata purchased a controlling stake in Air Dispatch, a subsidiary of the Chapman Freeborn Group, according to a statement.
“This latest acquisition will allow us to further broaden our portfolio to our airline customers and strengthen our position as a leading global air services provider,” according to Stewart Angus, dnata’s divisional senior vice president of International Airport Operations.
The takeover of Air Dispatch is part of dnata's high-profile transactions, including the acquisition of Ground Services International, RM Ground Services, and investment in ground handling operations in Milan and cargo facilities at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
