Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development is currently working on developing four projects worth AED 2.7 billion, Al Khaleej newspaper reported.
The Montrose and Atria projects are expected to be delivered before the end of this year, according to CEO Saeed Mohammad Al Qatami.
The company is currently working on setting engineering designs for Business Bay, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Dubai South.
The company will have around 5.7 million square feet of expected new project launches in the pipeline, Al Khaleej quoted Al Qatami as saying.
Last month, Deyaar signed an agreement with Dubai South to develop a 1.4 million square feet plot of land. The developer plans for a further 2.7 million square feet at Dubai South.
The company recorded sales worth AED 1 billion in 2016.
