Riyadh - Mubasher: Derayah Financial has announced cash dividends worth SAR 15 million to the unitholders of Derayah REIT for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2022.
The company will distribute SAR 0.14 per unit for 107.50 million units, according to a bourse filing.
In addition, the financial firm indicated that the cash dividends account for 1.67% of net assets value.
The entitlement date of the dividends will be at the closing of 15 January trading session. Meanwhile, the disbursement date will be within 39 days from the entitlement date, 12 March 2023.
Last August, Derayah Financial paid out SAR 19.35 million as cash dividends for Q2-22.
