Riyadh – Mubasher: Derayah Financial has announced a cash dividend distribution of SAR 19.351 million for the unitholders of Derayah REIT for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2021.
The cash dividend payout is equivalent to 1.8% of the unit's initial price and 2.07% of the net asset value, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The entitlement date was set on 16 January 2022, while the dividends' payment date was scheduled on 13 February 2022.
